As an established and competent project and engineering manager, Wayne has been accepted as a full and professional member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, which is the peak body for project management in Australia, and the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) is a professional organisation providing services and advocacy for those involved in and delivering public works and engineering services to the community.
